Coconut oil is one of the few foods that can actually be classified as a superfood. There is such a hype surrounding the product that it really makes you wonder what the sudden ubiquitousness of this tropical plant is all about.

It contains a unique combination of fatty acids with powerful medicinal properties. Coconut oil contains what is known as medium chain fatty triglycerides, which are fatty acids of a medium length.
Most are considered to be long-chain in fatty acids, but coconut oil is metabolized differently. They go from the liver to the digestive tract, where they are then used as a quick source of energy.
Places that eat coconut oil are considered to be the healthiest on the planet. It is still considered to be an exotic food in our Western Society, primarily consumed by health conscious people.
In some parts of the world, however, coconut oil is a dietary staple. In the South Pacific, they eat over 60% of their calories from coconuts, and they are the largest consumers of saturated fat in the world. They also have excellent health, not even a shred of evidence leading to heart disease.

One 2009 Study looked at the weight loss link between consumption of coconut oil and found that it reduced abdominal obesity. Coconut is easy to digest, and also protects the body from insulin resistance.

The lauric acid in coconut oil can kill bacteria, viruses, fungi, and help stave off infections. When the oil is enzymatically digested, it forms a monoglyceride known as Monolaurin. Lauric acid and monolaurin help to kill harmful pathogens like bacteria, viruses, and fungi.

Technically, it is not so simple but it is almost that simple. The real trick is getting the oxygen into the deep tissue cells, and getting the cells to ‘eat’ it again.

Most cancer cures (not treatments) involve adjusting the body’s pH beyond neutral, and into an alkaline state. In the alkaline state, human blood is especially rich in oxygen, and this same oxygen is poisonous to mutated cancer cells. Oxygen is, of course, harmless to people who are eating a healthy diet full of anti-oxidants.

The Diet

SUGAR IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN. Grape juice may be added to sweeten any other freshly squeezed juices.
Avoid pure animal fats, such as lard, fatback, dripping, and etc.
No commercial salad dressings or toppings
No commercial mayonnaise (bastardized, radioactive, genetically engineered, corn, canola and soy oils)
No meats unless organic and preferably range fed
No butter, and especially no margarine or other artificial butters (Butter is normally extremely beneficial, but it will interfere with this protocol)
Freshly squeezed vegetable juices are encouraged, especially carrot, celery, apple, and red beet. All natural juice drinks are fine, with special preference to completely organic drinks.
Three times daily a warm tea is essential. Good choices are peppermint, rose hips or grape tea. Sweeten them only with honey. One cup of black tea before noon is fine.
Avoid all artificial sweeteners (including high-fructose corn syrup)
Entirely chemical free diet
Avoid all processed foods
Attempt to wean off of all pharmaceuticals
Avoid all soft drinks
Avoid tap water and bottled water, and use products free of fluoride
Eat all foods freshly prepared — no reheating and no leftovers

The truth about fat burning foods is that they are not what they are promising to be.

Fat burning foodsThe fat burning foods that you buy in the malls are packed with labels that say how healthy they are or how many (or few) calories  they contain and how good they are for your body.

They’re not good for your body! Don’t believe and don’t trust the labels, because they’re only lying! The food industry let’s us buy fake products with harmful, addictive properties.

The more you eat them the more you get addicted to them, (read: buy them) and that is exactly what the food industry wants you to do. Buy their fake “good” foods!

You won’t attain a good health when you eat what the big industries provide you. You’ll only get ill and you’ll live a shorter and lower quality of life. But the large companies don’t care a bit about your health. All they want is your money!

The big pharmaceutical industries don’t care about your well being or your health. They prescribe you every day, time and time again  new products loaded with lethal chemicals that are “so good for the body”.

And everybody falls in their trap, believes their crap and keeps buying their poisoned prefab foods and those industries are laughing in their hands saying: How stupid and ignorant can people be. Let’s give them  some more crap to eat. They’ll buy anything from us.

Deficiency. What is deficiency? In our daily life we have to see that our health is not in jeopardy. In other words we have to take good care of ourselves. And if there’s a lack of vitamin C then you can count the days until you catch a cold because your immune system is not in shape. Your body is out of balance! When you have a flu, what ‘s the first thing you do? Use Paracetamol? Aspirin? Run to the doctor and get Paracetamol from him/her?

DeficiencyYou don’t help yourself by doing any of these. These so called medicines won’t cure you. They temporarily take away the symptoms but not the cause. Your body is still out of balance and within no time you will be sick again. And then? Run to the doctor again?

He will be glad to see you, his patient, again. Because he can have some more money in his pocket. You see, he will get rich because of his patients. He needs his sick patients and he wants them all to come back to consult him. He will not tell you what you can do to get better. No, ’cause if he does, he will lose a patient. A patient means money.

The pharmaceutical world is making tens of billions of dollars each year because of ignorant people who think they need medicines. If people start listening to their bodies they will know what to do. And here I am to help you.

All you have to do to get rid of the flu is take an orange or two per day. One orange contains 45 mg of vitamin C. That’s about 75% of what you need. According to Dr. Longo, (see photo), professor of Gerontology and the Biological Sciences at the University of Southern California, a person’s system recycles unneeded immune cells, especially damaged ones, in order to create energy while they are fasting.

According to researchers at the University of Southern California, the act of fasting for as little as three days can regenerate the entire immune system, even in elderly people.

Researchers discovered that fasting helps the body’s stem cells to begin producing new white blood cells which help to fight off infection.

They added that the discovery could be especially effective for people suffering from damaged immune systems, including chemotherapy patients, who were protected from the toxic impacts of the treatment during the fasting period (note: we personally don’t recommend chemotherapy; consult a holistic doctor for more information).

As the researchers noted, the act of fasting for as little as three days can regenerate the entire immune system, even in elderly people. Fasting gives the ‘OK’ for stem cells to go ahead and begin proliferating and rebuild the entire system.

He added that the body actually removed parts that were damaged, old or inefficient during the fasting process, creating“literally, a new immune system.”

Positive thinking

Positive: if you really want something that is out of reach, nearly impossible to achieve. Something you’re about to give up longing, that’s the moment when you should say to yourself: “I want that and I’m going to get that, one way or an other.” This is the moment that you create a thought which in time you will change into that touchable thing.


Positive thinkingYou’ll push yourself into the proper direction, whether it be right or left, your thought will lead you to the exact track. And from that track you won’t deviate. Just keep your mind focused on that thought and follow the lead. And not less important, be patient! They say, patience is a virtue. And that’s right.


This is part of positive thinking. Part, because you’re not there yet. If you are a cheerlessly person then it will be very difficult to achieve things that you want, because your will is not strong enough. And you need a strong will to get there where you want to be. Or to get what you want to have. If you don’t have a strong will, somebody else will get there before you. And perhaps that makes you even more cheerless. This has got nothing to do with competition  Don’t get me wrong. It’s all about positive thinking.

Now to get that strong will you must except and feel  happy with what you have at this moment, the here and now. I say feel happy for it is the feeling that makes the difference. Not only the thought.  Never look at others in envy. Never think they’re happier than you. ‘ Cause you don’t know about their situation. They may be envying you. Just stay true to yourself.

Positive thinking starts with a proper way of breathing. I hear you say, “What?” Yes indeed breathing. And relaxing all the cells in your body. When you learn to breath slow and deep in your belly your heart will go in relax mode automatically. You won’t even notice that. But if you listen to your body you’ll recognize the feeling.

Regular guy

Regular guy.

 I’m just a regular guy like you, nothing more nothing less. When I was little I had a dream. Who remembers “The Beatles”? Those of you who do remember will know what I mean.

I was about 9 years old and I saw “The Beatles” perform on TV. I was amazed of the audience yelling and screaming. Especially the girls you know? They were crying, and definitely wanting to tear off the clothes of the boys John, Paul, Ringo and George.

I loved that and I said to myself ” I want that too”. I wanted to make music and have a band like The Beatles. I loved the idea that I had to run away from the girls as fast as I could or else they would tear off my clothes.


So I bought my first guitar. Actually I got half of it payed by my parents and half of it I payed myself of my savings that I had because I had a newspaper round every morning.
That was a tough job for me, a 9 year old kid. In summer it was okay. But in winter at 5 ‘o clock in the morning. That is freezing cold!

Any way, I was proud of my beautiful red guitar, a semi acoustic, electric Egmond. By those days it’d cost me 92 guilders in The Netherlands. I’m talking about the sixties. I wonder what they cost now 2014. I was in love with my guitar and it’s beautiful sound. Now I had to learn to play the thing.

Lucky me, I had a friend who could teach me cord fingering. And after a year, I was 10, I had my first band called ” Trouble Question”. We had a repertoire of 12 songs and we played them at house parties.
